This Japanese-style ryokan provides a relaxing experience with indoor and outdoor hot springs for both men and women. The tatami guest rooms are spacious and come with ensuites. Enjoy sitting on the balcony with a view of the pools and gardens. Yukatas and sandals are provided for guests' comfort. The staff is friendly and polite, though English may not be well-spoken. Dinner is beautifully prepared and presented.
Communication can be difficult with the Japanese-speaking staff for non-Japanese speakers.

Spent Easter at a traditional Japanese inn with a great atmosphere. The hot spring baths were impressive, especially the outdoor ones which offered stunning views of the surrounding nature. There were also several different pools with varying temperatures, which was a nice touch. The staff were attentive and accommodating, and the Japanese-style dinner and breakfast were both delicious. The location was perfect, with easy access to convenience stores and drugstores.
The communication was a bit of a struggle as the staff spoke only Japanese. It would be helpful if they had some English signage or a translation guide available for non-Japanese speakers.

The hot springs were enjoyable and relaxing, with a variety of different temperatures. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pools, which were surrounded by beautiful scenery. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one.
The language barrier was a significant issue during our stay, as none of the staff spoke English. There were times when we struggled to communicate and understand the rules and procedures of the hotel.
